This page explains how to have your account and its data deleted. It
is the page linked from the Google Play listing under "Data safety >
Delete account".
How to request deletion
In the app
Open Account and choose Delete
account. You will be asked to type DELETE to
confirm. As soon as you confirm:
your account is closed and you are signed out on
every device;
signing in again shows "This account is scheduled for deletion"
together with the date until which you can still cancel;
the deletion is completed automatically 30 days
after the request.
Until the in-app button ships in your version of the app, use the
email process below; the result is identical.
Send it from the email address registered to the
account if you registered with email. If you signed in with
Google or Apple, send it from the email address of that Google/Apple
account.
Include your Game ID (the permanent sign-in name
you chose at registration) and, if you can, your public manager
ID (shown on your profile screen, format
mgr_…).
We may reply with a one-time verification step (for example, asking
you to confirm from within a signed-in session or to reply to a message
sent to the registered address) so that nobody can delete your account
without your consent.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or
server data; you must use one of the two methods above.
Changed your mind?
Cancelling within 30 days
A closed account can be reopened during the 30-day window, and only
then. Sign in with your usual credentials and choose Cancel
deletion (in the app), or email us from the registered address.
Reopening restores the account exactly as it was. After the window
closes, or once the deletion has been completed, the account cannot be
recovered.
What happens next
We confirm receipt of an email request within 7 days. In-app
requests are confirmed on screen immediately.
Deletion is completed within 30 days of the
request. On completion we delete your account credentials (email
address, hashed password, linked Google/Apple identity), all sign-in
sessions and device records, and pending verification links. Your
nickname, your team's name and any record of your chosen nickname are
replaced with "Deleted Manager", so nothing in the game
identifies you.
Your nickname and game ID are released for other players to
use.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once the
30-day window has passed. Any remaining Blue Diamonds, Coins, cards,
equipment, VIP status and unopened rewards are forfeited and are not
refundable.
Data we keep after deletion
Purchase records (Google order ID, product, amount,
date) are kept as long as tax, accounting and consumer-protection law
requires (in Korea, 5 years for payment and supply records and 3 years
for dispute records under the E-Commerce Act), then deleted. They are
linked only to an internal account number, never to your name or email,
and are used only for legal compliance and dispute handling.
Gameplay records that other players share with you
— match results, league and tournament standings, clan history, messages
you posted in shared chat channels and direct messages — remain so that
other players' histories stay intact, but they are shown under the name
"Deleted Manager" and carry no email, name or device information.
Server operation logs that record game actions keep
an internal account number so we can investigate fraud and disputes;
they contain no name, email or device identifier.
Gateway access logs containing IP addresses expire
automatically within 30 days.
Encrypted backups that contain your data are
rotated on a fixed schedule; the data disappears from backups as those
expire and is never restored into the live game.
Partial deletion
If you want to delete only some data without closing the account,
tell us in your email. We can, for example, unlink a Google/Apple
sign-in, or remove a verified email once another sign-in method is
linked. Nickname changes can be made in-game.
